    俞淑瞻，1934年生，浙江永康人，系中国农学会会员，农艺师、高级摄影师、中外名人文化研究会会员、中国书画收藏研究会高级院士、国家一级艺术家、中国美协会员;现任宋庄国际书画院终身院长、中国数字艺术馆馆长、中国民族文化诗书画艺术委员会终身主席、中国国学书画协会会长等职;1955年从学校毕业分配农业局工作1990年退休于浙江杭州富阳区农业局。先后获奖100多次，退休前40多次;曾多次获省、市科技进步奖、先进工作者等荣誉称号。退休后60多次，曾获国际级10次、国家级56次、特等奖11次、金奖28次，刊登诗书画书籍75次，其中有的发行至全球、全国。《国学儒源大典》发行134个国家;国家编印的《—带一路一国礼》发至俄罗斯、欧洲等国家;“孝经”领导在十八大时指示，要以德治国、来实现共产主义，实现中国梦，由中国文联出版，发至全国青少年和大中小学学生;“富春江晚霞”论文被评为行业理论思想“先驱人物”，荣获“毛思想理论导师”的荣誉称号;2014年12月21-22日，参加“中韩书画名家联展”，结下中韩艺术文化之缘。2016年被中国传统艺术研究会评为“德艺双馨艺术大师”的荣誉称号。2017年2月被华夏出版社评为人品高洁、艺德高尚的金像奖“金奖”，中国数字艺术馆2017年10月主办的2016年度中国艺术荣获“金马奖”，此书的主编、封面人物。2018年1月12-14日在李苦禅艺术馆，展出俞淑瞻个人大型书画展102幅，受到艺术界的好评。2018年1月18日中国国际书画艺术家联合会授予俞淑瞻同志“十九大文艺代表”荣誉称号。

    Yu Shuzhan, born in 1934, from Yongkang, Zhejiang, is a member of the Chinese Agricultural Society, agronomist, senior photographer, member of the Chinese and foreign celebrity culture research association, senior academician of the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Collection Research Association, a national first-class artist, and a member of the China Artists Association; currently Lifetime Dean of Songzhuang International Painting and Calligraphy Academy, Curator of China Digital Art Museum, Lifetime Chairman of Chinese National Culture Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Art Committee, President of China Sinology Calligraphy and Painting Association; graduated from school in 1955 and assigned to work in the Agricultural Bureau. Retired in Hangzhou, Zhejiang in 1990 Fuyang District Agriculture Bureau. He has won more than 100 awards successively, more than 40 times before retirement; he has won many honorary titles such as provincial and municipal science and technology progress awards and advanced workers. After retiring more than 60 times, he has won 10 international awards, 56 national awards, 11 special awards, and 28 gold awards. "The Encyclopedia of Chinese Studies and Confucianism" was published in 134 countries; the "One Belt, One Road, One Nation Ritual" compiled by the country was distributed to Russia, Europe and other countries; "The Classic of Filial Piety" President Xi instructed at the 18th National Congress that the country should be governed by virtue and come Realizing communism and realizing the Chinese dream, published by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and distributed to teenagers and students of primary and secondary schools across the country; the paper "Fuchun River Sunset" was rated as a "pioneer" of theoretical thinking in the industry, and won the honorary title of "Theoretical Instructor of Mao Zedong Thought" ;December 21-22, 2014, participated in the "Chinese and Korean Painting and Calligraphy Masters Joint Exhibition", forging a relationship between Chinese and Korean art and culture. In 2016, he was awarded the honorary title of "Master of Deyi and Shuangxin Art" by the Chinese Traditional Art Research Association. In February 2017, he was awarded the "Gold Award" by Huaxia Publishing House for the "Golden Award" for high character and noble art. The 2016 Chinese Art Award hosted by China Digital Art Museum in October 2017 won the "Golden Horse Award". The editor-in-chief and cover of this book figure.
