戴延平,笔名长乐,1937年出生,中国美术家协会会员,“电脑画艺术作品创作方法”专利发明人。获得中国艺术改革发展委员会颁授:“中国书画艺术代表人物”荣誉称号和“2020年中华艺术功勋人物”荣誉称号。创作抗疫书画作品,荣获人民英雄功勋艺术家”国家荣称号,担任中书画家协会副主席,政协书画院院长。

获得法兰西皇家美术学院颁授:世界殿堂级艺术大师荣誉称号。影响百年·中法艺术终身成就奖。法兰西皇家美术学院皇家首席艺术家称号。受聘担任法兰西皇家画院外籍院士。获得瑞典皇家艺术学院颁授荣誉博士学位和北极星勋章,受聘担任瑞典皇家艺术学院外籍院士。受聘担任意大利罗马画院终身院士。受聘担任英国皇家艺术研究院首席艺术家兼高级艺术顾问,受聘担任荷兰皇家艺术学院终身名誉博士并获赠:奥兰治·拿骚司令勋章。

Dai Yanping, pen name Changle, born in 1937, member of China Artists Association, inventor of the patent of "Creating Method of Computer Painting Art Works". He was awarded the honorary title of "Representative Figure of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy" and the honorary title of "2020 Meritorious Figure of Chinese Art" awarded by China Art Reform and Development Committee. Created anti-epidemic calligraphy and painting works, won the national honorary title of "People's Heroes and Meritorious Artists", served as the vice chairman of the Chinese Calligraphy and Painters Association, and the president of the CPPCC Calligraphy and Painting Institute.

Awarded by the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of France: the honorary title of world-class art master. A Century of Influence: Sino-French Art Lifetime Achievement Award. The title of Royal Chief Artist of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of France. Employed as a foreign academician of the French Royal Academy of Painting. He was awarded an honorary doctorate and the North Star Medal by the Royal Swedish Academy of Arts, and was employed as a foreign academician of the Royal Swedish Academy of Arts. Employed as a lifelong academician of the Rome Academy of Painting in Italy. Employed as the chief artist and senior art consultant of the Royal Academy of Arts in the United Kingdom, hired as a lifelong honorary doctor of the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and awarded: the Order of the Commander of Orange Nassau.
