罗广义，书画艺术家，1951年生于河北省固安县，现居北京。清华美院清美艺术创作研究会会员，廊坊硬笔书法家协会副主席，廊坊市职工书画协会副会长，廊坊大千书画院院长。罗广义山水画技术娴熟，画作颇具诗情画意;书法作品以大字榜书和楷书最为出色，榜书雄浑壮阔、端庄厚重;楷书则妍美流便，俊逸潇洒。作品多次参加全国性书画展，获"特等奖"、"金奖"、"一等奖"等大奖。被多家艺术机构聘为会员、馆员、副院长、名誉院长等。

His works have participated in national calligraphy and painting exhibitions for many times, and won the "Grand Prize", "Gold Award", "First Prize" and other awards. He has been employed by many art institutions as member, librarian, vice president, honorary president, etc.
