刘建魁，男，1939年出生，共产党员。河北省定兴县退休干部，从事文化教育工作30余年，曾任文化站站长，文化馆馆长，文化局主任等职务。

现为中国文学艺术界联合会顾问，中国书法家协会理事、中华一级书法师、河北省书法家协会会员、中国书画研究院会员、翰墨书画院院士、黄庭坚书法协会艺术顾问等职务。
