崔立明,1967年生于北京平谷。1986年11月入伍,1987年5月参加空十军美术培训班,师从军旅画家崔明哲。1988年10月国画作品获“空十军美术作品展”一等奖。1989年8月1日于空十军举办个人画展,1990年8月1日于山西大同展览馆举办个人画展。1992年10月作品入选“首届东方书画艺术大展”并在中国美术馆展出,国画作品《秋收》获二等奖。1993年11月参加中国美术家协会、中国书法家协会、中国艺术研究院、中央电视台等联合主办的“国际中国书画博览会”,作品《令箭荷花》入选并在中国历史博物馆展出。1996年3月入北京画院研修班,师从著名画家彭培泉。1996年5月受聘“北京艺术交流中心”美术师,1997年加入文化部中国国际书画艺术研究会,7月参加“庆香港回归百人书画佳作大展暨名家笔会”。1997年9月拜师著名山水画家何海霞,十年磨一剑,终于画出自己风格独特的山水画“家乡桃花海”。2008年4月于北京平谷国际桃花节期间,在大华山艺术馆举办桃花主题“崔立明国画展”,国家一级导演王政明先生现场为他作诗一首:“春风飞度大华山,花海如潮浪接天,借问陶翁欲何为,丹青洒尽平谷川”。2009年4月举办“王政明.崔明哲.崔立明书画联展”,2010年5月于北京平谷举办“崔立明艺术展”,展出三十幅国画作品,三十件根雕奇石作品。北京金海石《难得糊涂》参加根石艺术展获金奖并在北海展出,王政明先生为此石题诗一首:“天生一尊老寿星,久居洞天练奇功,横空出世降凡尘,一眼观尽世间情”。2017年荣获文化部教育部联合举办书画进万家“诚信艺术家”称号,2019年6月北京市根石艺术研究会颁发“高级石艺师”学术资格证书。2020年1月1日参加中国文化艺术精英电视颁奖盛典暨全球华人春节联欢晚会,并授予“中国书画界德艺双馨奖”。2021年5月参加“永远跟党走—庆祝建党一百周年‘人才杯’全国百名书画艺术家进军营”,“魅力甘肃-艺术敦煌”百名艺术家走进敦煌艺术创作等系列活动,被甘肃敦煌正觉写经院聘为写经师。7月创作国画作品《青山绿水》参加“百年路-新征程”京能职工第十届优秀书画摄影作品展中获一等奖。2022年元月经中国文化艺术人才库专家组审核通过,被授予“2021年度全国优秀文艺工作者”荣誉称号。和学生石江南一起创作的《冰上划痕成丝带》、《冰上舞雪中腾》等六幅系列作品入选“冰雪情·冬奥梦”全国职工冰雪主题绘画作品展,元月中旬四幅作品在中华世纪坛艺术馆展出。

Cui Liming was born in Pinggu, Beijing in 1967. In November 1986, he joined the army, and in May 1987, he participated in the art training class of the Tenth Air Force and studied under the military painter Cui Mingzhe. In October 1988, the Chinese painting works won the first prize in the "Air Tenth Army Art Exhibition". On August 1, 1989, he held a personal painting exhibition at the Tenth Air Force, and on August 1, 1990, he held a personal painting exhibition at the Shanxi Datong Exhibition Hall. In October 1992, his work was selected for the "First Oriental Painting and Calligraphy Art Exhibition" and exhibited at the National Art Museum of China. The Chinese painting "Autumn Harvest" won the second prize. In November 1993, he participated in the "International Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Expo" co-sponsored by the Chinese Artists Association, the Chinese Calligraphers Association, the Chinese Academy of Arts, and CCTV. In March 1996, he entered the training class of Beijing Painting Academy, and studied under the famous painter Peng Peiquan. In May 1996, he was employed as an artist of the "Beijing Art Exchange Center". In 1997, he joined the China International Painting and Calligraphy Art Research Association of the Ministry of Culture. In September 1997, he studied with He Haixia, a famous landscape painter. After ten years of hard work, he finally painted his own unique landscape painting "Hometown Peach Blossom Sea". In April 2008, during the Pinggu International Peach Blossom Festival in Beijing, the peach-themed "Cui Liming Chinese Painting Exhibition" was held at the Dahuashan Art Museum. Mr. Wang Zhengming, a national first-class director, wrote a poem for him on the spot: "The spring breeze is flying over Dahua Mountain, and the sea of flowers is like a sea of flowers. The tides are rising, and I ask Tao Weng what he wants to do, and the danqing sprinkles the Pinggu River." In April 2009, he held the "Wang Zhengming, Cui Mingzhe, and Cui Liming's Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition", and in May 2010, he held the "Cui Liming Art Exhibition" in Pinggu, Beijing, exhibiting 30 works of Chinese painting and 30 pieces of root carvings. Beijing Jinhai Stone's "Rare and Confused" participated in the Root Stone Art Exhibition and won a gold medal and was exhibited in Beihai. Mr. Wang Zhengming wrote a poem for this stone: "I was born with an old birthday star, lived in the cave for a long time and practiced magic skills, and was born into the world. worldly love". In 2017, he was awarded the title of "Integrity Artist" jointly organized by the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Education. In June 2019, the Beijing Genshi Art Research Association issued the "Advanced Stone Artist" academic qualification certificate. On January 1, 2020, he participated in the Chinese Culture and Art Elite TV Awards Ceremony and the Global Chinese Spring Festival Gala, and was awarded the "Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Industry Virtue and Art Award". In May 2021, he will participate in a series of activities such as "Always Follow the Party - Celebrating the Centenary of the Founding of the Party 'Talent Cup' National 100 Painting and Calligraphy Artists Entering the Army Camp", "Charming Gansu-Art Dunhuang" 100 Artists Entering Dunhuang Art Creation and other series of activities. The sutra-writing school was hired as a sutra-writing teacher. In July, he created the Chinese painting work "Green Mountains and Luscious Waters" and won the first prize in the 10th Excellent Calligraphy, Painting and Photography Exhibition of Jingneng Employees in the "Hundred Years Road-New Journey". In 2022, it was reviewed and approved by the expert group of China's cultural and artistic talent pool, and was awarded the honorary title of "2021 National Outstanding Literature and Art Worker". The six series of works created together with student Shi Jiangnan, including "Scratch on Ice Become Ribbon", "Dance in Snow on Ice", etc., were selected for the "Ice and Snow Love Winter Olympic Dream" National Workers' Ice and Snow Theme Painting Exhibition, four in mid-January The works are exhibited in the China Millennium Monument Art Museum.
